The countdown is on!

Registration for the 2026 J-Hoops Fall Youth Basketball League at the David Posnack JCC officially opens Wednesday, July 1, 2026, and we can't wait to welcome both returning families and new players for another incredible season!

J-Hoops is one of South Florida's premier youth basketball leagues, providing young athletes with the opportunity to learn the game, develop their skills, build confidence, and create lifelong friendships in a positive and competitive environment.

Co-Ed

• ACC (Kindergarten–1st Grade)
• SEC (2nd–3rd Grade)

Boys

• Big 10 (4th–5th Grade)
• Big East (6th–8th Grade)

Girls

• WNBA (4th–6th Grade)

📅 Draft Evaluation Dates

• ACC (K–1): Monday, August 17 – 6:00 PM***
• WNBA (Girls 4–6): Sunday, August 16 – 6:00 PM
• Big 10 (4–5): Tuesday, August 18 – 6:00 PM
• Big East (6–8): Wednesday, August 19 – 6:00 PM
• SEC (2–3): Thursday, August 19 – 6:00 PM***

Important Dates to remember!

• Practices may begin the week of Aug 24th  or sometime following your division’s eval/draft night. (Your coach will confirm)
  • Games will begin Sunday, August 30th is Opening Day. 
• Game schedules will be released ASAP but at the latest by FRI, August 21
• Most regular season games will be on Sundays and generally start at 12:15pm with the ACC (grades K-1) division. But please note games time can change based on coaches’ requests. Every other division can be anywhere between 1:15pm thru 5:15pm start times.

There will be NO GAMES will be played on September 6^th , 13^th  & 21^st , October 5^th, November 24^th  or 31^st

• Games will be played on Sundays and may be played during the week (No Fridays or Saturdays).
• There will be weeknight games for all divisions Sept 14-17 & 28^th – Oct 1^st & October 19-22 & November 9^th – 12^th   at a 6pm or 7pm. (You may or may not have a regularly scheduled practice these weeks due to space availability).
• First round single elimination playoffs December 6^th   
• Second round will be during the week of December 7^th – 10^th (Mon-Thurs at 6pm or 7pm).

Championship Day will be Sunday, December 13^th

Register between July 1 and August 1 to receive our Early Bird Member rate of $245.

After August 1 through evaluations:

• Members: $265
• Community: $299

Our leagues fill quickly every season, so be sure to register early to secure your child's spot!
